The Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho has resurrected the debate over the legalization of homosexuality in Ghana.
In an interview with Kwame Tutu on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, the politician called on Ghanaians to be onguard because the president will soon legalize same-sex marriage in the bid to depopulate the nation.
He adviced civil societies, the Christian Council and the public to resist any attempt to by the government to legalize same-sex marriage.
“These gays will not target old men or women. They will target the young ones and tell them to engage in this indecent sexual act. We are a nation in crisis. We are at the brink of collapsing because of bad leadership and we must rise up as a nation and fight,’’ he said.
On the issue of the student deaths at Kumasi Academy following the outbreak of H1N1 Influenza popularly known as swine flu, Mr. Koku questioned why an evil spirit will enter Ghana.
He stated that Rev. Bempah should expose the spirits so that the country prays against them before the end of the festive season.
