The Ghana league Clubs Association (Ghalca) has announced that the Accra and Baba Yara stadia will host this year’s top six tournament.
The tournament will kick start from the 14th to the 31st of August 2022. The tournament is a pre season tournament which will help clubs prepare ahead of the new season.
According to the new venue format the Baba Yara Stadium will host three clubs involving Asante Kotoko, Medeama SC and Bechem United.
The Accra Sports Stadium will also host the remaining three clubs including Hearts of Oak, Great Olympics and Karela United.
Accra Hearts of Oak and Kotoko will use this preparatory tournaments to access their teams as their rally to partake in next seasons caf interclub competition
