*BONO EAST NDC YOUTH WING CALLS ON POLICE CID TO INVITE DR ALHAJI BAWUMIAH AND CHAIRMAN WONTUMI FOR QUESTIONING OVER ARREST OF KIDNAPPERS IN KUMASI*
The NDC Youth Wing of Bono East Region is without any malice calling on the Ghana Police CID headed by Maame Tiwaah Addo Danquah to as a matter of urgency invite our Vice President, Dr Alhaji Bawumiah and the Ashanti Regional chairman of the NPP, Bernard Antwi Bosiako also known as Chairman Wontumi for questioning over the arrest of the 2 Canadian Nationals kidnappers in Kumasi and other related kidnapping cases in Ghana
The Akufo Addo-Bawumiah led Npp family and friends government has been nakedly exposed by the kidnapping of the 2 Canadian Nationals in Kumasi. Today, the good people of Ghana and international communities have no doubt about these facts.
All evidence shows for the facts that there is a strong link between the leader of the gang, one Seidu Yakubu Mba and Chairman Wontumi as well as The vice President, Alhaj Mahamud Bawumia.
It is a matter of public records that the Mba is a known member of NPP’s Delta Force based in Ashanti Region. Indeed, he was part of the rampaging youth who invaded the high court in Kumasi and freed members of the Delta Force who were standing trial from lawful custody, and terrorised the trial judge in the process. Also, this very gentleman is alleged to be the personal bodyguard of the Asokore Mampong MCE, Alhaji Alidu Seidu, and an errand boy for the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP, Bernard Antwi Bosiako, also known as ‘Wontumi’. It is also on public records that Chairman Wontumi went to the court and paid for the release of the Delta Force guys who were charged, tried and convicted for vandalising the court proceedings. This clearly shows that Chairman Wontumi is the undisputable Chief Financier of this dreaded NPP Delta Force group which mba is a member.
Also, it is undoubtedly that one of the kidnappers by name Abdul-Rahman Suleman who is a strong member of NPP is a close associate of our Vice President, Dr Alhaji Bawumiah. This gentleman is seen in pictures posed with Dr Bawumiah on social media at NPP programs. This again solidify our position that Dr Alhaji Bawumiah his Excellency, the vice president of the land has a strong link to the successful operation executed by these kidnappers hence, his invitation by the police CID for interrogation, and if found culpable, they must be made to face the full rigors of the laws in Ghana.
A reference point to this call is the classical case of how a notorious Nigerian kidnap kingpin one Chukwudemeje George Onwuamadike also known as Evans was arrested in 2017 after all his connections and networkings including his commanders, financiers and relatives who were successfully investigated and rounded up by the Nigerian police.
We urge the police to download, open and watch the above website of Nigerian Nollywood Adventure titled ” HOW EVANS THE KIDNAPPER WAS ARRESTED” to better appreciate the said call for Dr Bawumiah and Chairman Wontumi interrogation.
Considering all these evidences above, we are convinced that Npp are using Ghana Police to harass and intimidate our party chairman, Hon. Ofosu Ampofo whose character in Ghana is never questionable by all standard for their political games having realised they are loosing 2020 election. We therefore demand the allegation levelled against our national chairman in court be dropped immediately once the kidnappers had been known and arrested. We Also urge Mad Tiwaa and her team not to allow themselves to be used by Npp because political power is trensient . We look forward to hear the invitation of his Excellency, Alhaj Muhammed Bawumia and Chairman wuntumi by Mad.Tiwaa and her Team of Ghana Police service.
