Chairperson of Police Ladies FC, ACP Lydia Donkor has outlined the tremendous efforts of the GFA in supporting clubs ahead of the start of the league season.
She believes the Kurt Okraku led administration deserves commendation.
According to the recently appointed boss of the Ghana Police team, the GFA has been able to distribute football to all the clubs and also cushion them with $10, 000 which is significant and has helped the clubs very much.
She expressed that the Women’s Football in Ghana standard has risen very high as compared to previous years with good branding and spectating.
She also observed that the pitches that they play on are now improved, as some use astro turfs to make the game look beautiful and exciting.
According to her the media have also been supporting very well and the teams and players are attracting fantastic coverage.
She called on the football administrators and enthusiasts to support the Kurt Okraku led administration or criticize constructively and positively.
