Rev. Kotoka appointed as chairman of Eastern RFA Juvenile Football Committee.

The Executive Council of the Eastern Regional Football Association (ERFA), upon consultation with various stakeholders of the association has come out with ten names of experienced football administrators to serve as the management committee of the Regional Football Association’s Juvenile Football.

Rev. Samuel Kotoka heads this Juvenile Football Committee as Chairman due to his years of experience in managing Juvenile club with Mr. Saliu Mohammed, who is also an Executive member on the executive council of the association, assisting in the Vice-Chairmanship position.

Other members on the committee are Nurudeen Adam Sahmudeen, Emmanuel Obeng Dompreh, Amoako Kissi, Kingsley Gyan, Awal Yussif, Yaw Dennis, Kumako Francis, Bawa Maxwell.

The task of this team is to work selflessly to fulfil the desire of the current leadership of both GFA and ERFA to revive regional football from the grassroots.

They are to work closely with the district football association’s, including the District Juvenile Football Committee to ensure proper compliance on matters of Juvenile competitions.

The committee is to ensure that all activities of club registration, coordination, operations, league management and administration, promotion including screening, recruitment processes are done with diligence and effectively.

Again, to implement policies, strategies, action plan, protocols and business plan as an objective towards quality delivery of district and regional football competitions. These points, the Executive Council believe, will contribute greatly to achieving the mission and vision of the Eastern RFA as far as Juvenile football is a concern.

As the Executive Council has mandated this committee with the responsibility of such significance with trust, they will have to communicate to the Executive Council on their activities and progress so far as the development of the Juvenile Football in the region is concern periodically.
