ACCC to hold a training ride

The Africa Connect Cycling Club (ACCC) would on Sunday 25th October, 2020 organize an intensive cycling training ride dubbed “End of Month Ride”.

The training which has been scheduled to come off behind the Kotoka International Airport in Accra, is to pave way for the biggest challenge next year.

The president of the club, Mr. Richard Agu, in an exclusive interview stated that the end of month training ride would also help propel the club to greater heights in the future as well as identify potential talents for the national teams.

He added that the club is planning on holding a national cycling challenge in 2021 and seeking to expand it territories across the Africa continents after the pandemic.

The president, however, hinted that the registration for participation is totally free and the riders would be offered with free refreshments after the training ride.

“Albeit the Covid – 19 pandemic, Safety measures and protocols would be observed accordingly and adhered to,” he stated.

The ride would cover a distance of 105 km, a total of 7 laps.
