Akwasi Boadi, also known by his stage name Akrobeto, is a veteran Kumawood actor who has talked about his appearance and distinctive large nose.
Akrobeto said that he had kept up his beautiful looks despite being close to 62 in an interview with media personality Jerry Justice on his Ofie Kwanso show.
The host of Real News clarified that he does not force himself to engage in tasks he is not interested in and that he is in a calm state of mind.
He said: “I will turn 62 years old on November 18. I am very handsome because I don’t think too much or have any pressure. I only do what I can.”
Actor Akrobeto joked that he has begun cursing those who make fun of him for having a large nose in order to prevent them from doing so.
He claimed that occasionally he runs into people who try to touch his nose while others remark on how attractive he is.
Akrobeto responded that his nose was smaller than media celebrity Kobby Stonne’s when his large nose was compared to Stonne’s.
During a Ghanaian film shoot, the Kumawood actor shared a hilarious story about himself, Kobby Stonne, and the production crew.
Akrobeto joked that he had never had the flu since he can breathe easily due to the large space in his nose.
He said: “I will be very honest. I have never gotten catarrh since I was born because there is space in my nose. I am free-to-air.”
