Allianz Insurance and Ghana’s leading sports retailer, Decathlon Ghana, on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, engaged in a fitness Walk to launch a 5-year fitness-health partnership.
The 5-year partnership provides free Decathlon shopping vouchers to all customers who purchase an insurance policy and expands the Allianz Cares loyalty programme and also aims to reward loyal customers of Decathlon Ghana.
Speaking after the launch, the Chief Executive Officer of Decathlon, Mr. Kwesi Tabury said, “As a company who seeks to increase life expectancy at birth from 67 years today, to 77 years by 2030, it’s just right that we jump on such partnerships to help provide Ghanaians with the most affordable sports products in Ghana to practice sports, thus insuring their lives to the fullest.
He continued, ” It is a very good partnership, today when you buy insurance you have nothing, but tomorrow when you buy insurance you can have voucher to buy products for your own health to help you to have easy access to sports, our main goal at Decathlon is we are useful to people when you talk about health and fitness and I think Allianz helping us push the goal.
The CEO of Allianz Insurance, Mr. Darlington Munhuwani reiterated the need for the life – changing partnership.
