So Kurt Zouma replaces Gary Cahill in line, while Filipe Luis César Azpilicueta returns on the bench. Juan Guillermo Cuadrado and Oscar Willian replace them and Ramires. The starting eleven: Courtois – Ivanovic Zouma, Terry, Filipe Luis – Matic, Fabregas – Cuadrado, Oscar, Hazard – Diego Costa.
