Ghana FA Lands Gargantuan Sponsorship For Domestic Football

Ghana Football Association has secured a ground breaking sponsorship package for domestic football as part their efforts to rebrand the game on the local scene.

The newly elected FA embarked on a corporate tour in search of sponsorship deals for the federation and its accompanying entities led by visits to Nissan head office in Accra.

An educational scholarship for football administrators and club owners has been secured for clubs at the top two tiers.

Football administrators at the premier and division one levels can now pursue football related courses under the scholarship scheme under various universities.

President of the Ghana FA, Kurt Edwin Simon Okraku, led a nomadic expedition across designated business entities in search of partnership or sponsorship packages for the various arms of the FA.

From Fan ice all the way to Nissan Head office, the EXCO intensified their search for new partners and have so far landed one of such corporate partnerships.

The Ghana FA will issue a communiqué on the educational package in the coming weeks.
