An excellent sports personnel incorporates many traits such as powerful physique, keen senses, discipline, calm and yet gregarious and outgoing.

These traits has always been portrayed by Hilda over the years when she first mounted the table
tennis podium. Over the years, she has always been playing important roles both at the National and club team level and currently ranked 4th in the country.

Hilda became the talk of all Table Tennis enthusiasts when she defeated the then top seed Celia Baah Danso
to help her team (Ghana Immigration Service) clinch the 2018/2019 Stanbic Bank National Table Tennis
trophy, a match that all spectators felt she was the underdog but she proved her critics wrong by displaying exquisite skills and winning the ultimate with her club.

The 2018 PIPIRO National Table Tennis Championship runner up represented the Nation for the first time at the 2019 Table Tennis African Cup which was held in Lagos, Nigeria in August where she did extremely well by
qualifying to the round of 16 out of over 64 players from the continent.

The year seems bright for the player after bagging in her first 2 Gold medals for the University of Cape Coast at the recent ended Ghana University Sports Association Games
(GUSA Games) held at the University of Ghana, Legon in Accra few weeks ago.

The sensational player is well poised and very optimistic as the 2020 National Table Tennis season commences with the Chairman’s cup in February.
