NDC flagbearer, John Mahama, arrives at 2024 peace campaign launch happening at the forecourt of the State House. Worthy of note that he is the first to have arrived out of all dignitaries who have been invited including President Akufo Addo, the IGP, Chief Of Defense Staff , EC Chair amongst others.
NATIONAL PEACE CAMPAIGN LAUNCH
High-level dignitaries have gathered for the launch of the National Peace Campaign as the elections beckon.
Organized by the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council, Christian Council of Ghana and Office of Chief of Imam, key stakeholders in elections are expected to grace the occasion.
President Nana Akufo-Addo, the Electoral Commission chairperson, the Inspector-General of Police, Chief Justice, the Chief Imam and the Chief of Defence Staff are among the dignitaries expected.
Already, the flag bearer of the NDC John Mahama has arrived, with other presidential candidates expected.
