He said there is no need to rush into organizing competitions when the organisers cannot assure the safety of guests and even does not have the facilities and equipment to examine people.

He commended the Minister of Youth & Sports, Hon. Isaac Asiamah for not lifting the ban on some contact sports.

According to Nii Dzata who is Mankralo for Sempe Sakaman, lives are very important, and urged sportsmen and women to abide by the safety protocols while they train at home.

He said wearing of nose masks, avoiding shaking of hands which must be frequently washed with soap under running water are very essential and important.

He also advised on usage of hand sanitizers and the practice of social distancing so that the coronavirus is not spread in Accra and Ghana at large.

He advised organisers of events to apply the conditions instituted by the president of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo like staying at home when there is nothing to do in town.

“We have to protect ourselves and others, so let’s not forget to wear our prescribed nose masks” he expressed.

He wished all kick boxers in Ghana well and urged them to be focused and keep on training till the Covid-19 is down.
