Smivic Event Management is introducing its annual empowerment summit known as SHE Power. The purpose of the summit is to empower and motivate women to take up initiatives in Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
The Company believes that the power of mentoring itself is indisputable. Young people who are at the risk of falling off-track but are groomed and educated are more likely to secure a job or enrolled in higher educational institutions.
These young people are better prepared for promotions due to their experience and in-depth knowledge in their respective fields.
In addition, working-class women who attend mentorship, conferences, and forums get a greater impact inside their organizations. These women are perceived as being more innovative and creative, showing higher resilience to setbacks, and having stronger networks.
Mentoring, at its core, guarantees young people that there is someone who cares about them, and assures them they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges.
