Weija-Gbawe MCE Assures Joma Residents

Hon. Patrick Kwesi Brako Kumor, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly, has assured the people of Joma of his commitment to bring rapid development to the community.

He said the basic school in the community has seen the construction of additional classrooms and an ultra modern sanitary facility.

The MCE said very soon there will be a sod cutting ceremony for the commencement of a vocational training school in the community, thanks to the efforts of the Asafoiatse, Nii Okai Fontomfrom.

He ended by assuring residents of the application of bitumen on the main road soon.

Hon. Patrick Kumor (MCE) gave these assurances on Saturday, 31st July 2021, at the apostolic consecration service of Pastor Samuel Nii Okai Aryee, founder of the Great Anointed Seed of Christ Ministry at Joma in the Weija-Gbawe municipality.

Pastor Aryee is also known as Nii Okai Fontomfrom, Asafoiatse of Ablekuma Joma.

Earlier, the Rev. Stephen Agyekum, who gave the sermon, advised the people to respect both politicians and ministers of the gospel. He asked christians to let the holy spirit lead them.

Arch Bishop Emmanuel Bossman of the Logo Rhema Ministerial Foundation, assisted by a host of reverend ministers, performed the consecration.

He colourful ceremony was witnessed by the chiefs and elders of Joma.

Hon. Patrick Kumor (MCE) was accompanied by Hon. Karl Raymond Brown, a government appointee at the Municipal Assembly, Mr. Julius Sarpei, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) and Mr. Kwaku Antwi Bosiako, the Head of Revenue, all of the Municipal Assembly.

Others were Mr. Daniel Dodoo and Mr. Nathaniel Arthur, Personal Assistant and Executive Secretary respectively and some revenue officers of the Assembly.
