C.K Akonnor hass officially signed a two-year contract with Ghana FA.
He has been tasked to win 2021 Africa Cup of Nations as well as qualify Ghana to 2022 Fifa World Cup in Qatar, among others.
It can be recalled that reports in the last couple of months had indicated that Coach CK Akonnor had been offered a contract that would see him earn $20,000 at the end of every month.
Following careful checks with his lawyers, has agreed and signed the 2-year contract.
The former Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko head coach is taking charge of the Black Stars after replacing experienced gaffer Coach James Kwesi Appiah.
Coach CK Akonnor has been mandated to qualify the Ghana national team to the next Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament and to guide the team to bring home the coveted title which has eluded the West African country for close to 4 decades.
