A christian based Non-Profit Organization, Daily Word Global Network (D.W.G-Network) on Saturday 22nd August, 2020 donated some items to an orphanage home, Country-Side Children’s Welfare in Bawjiase in the central region.
The items included bags of rice, drinks, oil, bags of water, toiletries, packs of biscuits and undisclosed amount of money.
This was to put a smiles on the faces of the less privileged and also spearhead the advancement of the gospel.
The executive director of D.W.G – Network, Mr. Richard Nyarko in an interview with this portal after the donation emphatically stated that the donation formed part of their aim and responsibilities.
“We decided to put smiles on the faces of these children, this forms part of our Corporate and Social Responsibilities. We also want to use the platform to spread the gospel and I am sure this will surely bring joy in the hearts of these children”, he said.
He encouraged the children not to give up in life but should always have their trust and believe in God.
“I entrust you all to be the doers of the word, you are all young and when you put your trust in the Lord things will go well with you”, the director stressed.
He also added that his outfit is poised to do more through it spirit led activities.
The proprietor of the welfare home expressed his profound gratitude to the organization for coming to their aid and used the opportunity call on all other entities to extend their hands.
