The Ghanaian local currency which is the Cedi, which for some months now continues to experience persistent depreciation against global currencies’ especially against the British Pound, Euro and the US dollar.
An investigation conducted by Amanie Fm’s 93.3 reporter in the person of Brhyte-Owoo Nii Kwartei, confirms on xe.com a world renowned global currency conversions, on Monday 21st October 2024 at 10:37 am that currently the Ghana Cedi’s is trading at 16.035 cedi’s to 1.00 US Dollar at some forex bureaus.
Notable amongst other currencies, the Ghana Cedi’s still depreciating in value is selling at 17.396 cedi’s to 1.00 Euro and 20.863 cedi’s to 1.00 British Pound at some forex bureaus.
