Fast up rising versatile Gospel star Kobby Egyeil who is known in showbiz as  Coby Seed has made a profound statement debunking the claims and the perceptions surrounding the idea that of circular art supersedes the Gospel art in Ghana

The ‘Finally Finally’ hit maker in an exclusive interview with amaniefm.com revealed that, the Gospel music industry in Ghana lacks creativity in terms of pragmatic composition of lyrics, style of delivery or singing also sound production and fashion which outwardly presents the artiste with good impression as a marketable brand to fans and interested investors.

He further reiterated that, these unfortunate factors are as a result of belittling the unbelievable power in the Gospel genre and lack of knowledge on how to style up a write-up of a song to be suitable to the taste of the listeners as compared to the circular music which has great lyrical composition and a well calculated arrangement of instrumentation accompanied by a hardcore styled-up presentation.

Coby Seed also hinted on some of the pragmatic steps which needs to be put in place to tackle these frustrating issues killing the Gospel industry in Ghana. He said Gospel musicians who have nice voices but can not produce quality lyrical content should consult professional song writers like the Ghana Association of Song writers {GASW} to assist them in writing and if possible tell the experts the concept of the song so that the association can creatively come up with a better composition of words or lyrics for the song. He further added that, ” Gospel artistes should stop going round begging for low price recordings which mostly end up in the trash of Deejays for its low quality because nothing good come for free and they must  begin to realize that the Gospel genre in under the Showbiz industry which has two side the show and the business aspect”.
