The Mamprobi Polyclinic under the Ghana Health Service will on February 26 2020, hold a graduation ceremony for its 2019 batch of pregnant women, who have successfully passed out of the Polyclinic’s monthly pregnancy school sessions and are now mothers.
This program was created by the facility some years back, to educate pregnant women on ways to ensure positive pregnancy experience and to help reduce cases of maternal, perinatal morbidity and mortality. Out of this initiative, the Mamprobi Polyclinic for the year of 2019, successfully delivered three thousand and ninety five (3095) pregnant women.
The graduation would see 500 pregnant women who have successfully delivered and are now proud mothers. The event is also to encourage all pregnant women to attend the monthly pregnancy school sessions wholeheartedly with dedication.
The graduation ceremony will be held on the premises of the Mamprobi Polyclinic and the institution hopes to get support from all over, either individuals or cooperate entities, as they wish to give out gifts to the mothers and their babies.
