The Developers Outsourcing Program is a free up-skilling program provided by Ghana Digital Centres Limited.
The program provides relevant training in front-end development skills, backend development, and full-stack development.
The program has two distinct components, all geared towards the agenda of job creation for youth.
The first component is a training and upskilling program to be deployed for all Ghanaian software developers.
The second component is an outsourcing program, which entails matching software developers to service both local and international projects.
This is a key program that GDCL is pursuing to support the government’s objective of making Ghana the preferred outsourcing destination to meet the needs of the digital economy.
The principal objectives for the program are also in strong alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.
